Factory Introduction

Popula Group's manufacturing base is a state-of-the-art facility designed for efficiency, quality, and large-scale production:

• Campus & Facilities – Our factory occupies 115,000 m² in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province-2-1, with 100,000 m² of standard workshops and office buildings. The campus includes two five-storey production buildings completed in recent years, significantly expanding our manufacturing capacity.

• Advanced Equipment – We are equipped with lasre cutters, plasma cutting machines, machining centres, die-casting units, dynamic balancing equipment, and various other CNC and general-purpose machinery. This modern equipment portfolio enables precision manufacturing and rapid production turnaround.

• Production Capacity – With over 1,300 skilled workers-2, we maintain efficient production lines for axial fans, centrifugal fans, industrial fans, air coolers, and electric motors. Sample orders can be delivered within 1 day-2, demonstrating our agile manufacturing capabilities.

• Quality Control – We operate a 100% pre-delivery inspection system-2, with rigorous quality control at every stage from raw material intake to final assembly. Our facility is certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and our products hold CE, UL, SASO, CCC, GS, CB, BV, and Smark certifications-2.

• Testing & R&D Centres – Our factory houses a provincial-level Engineering Research and Development Centre for High-efficiency Low-noise Fans, along with dedicated aerodynamic performance testing centres and motor performance testing centres-2. We utilise CAD, CAXA design systems and MGS, CAT automatic testing systems throughout production-2, ensuring every product meets international standards.

Company History

Popula Group has grown steadily since its founding, with a history of over 30 years:

• 1995–1996 – Construction began in September 1995 at the Jiushi Sanzhou Industry Zone, Deqing County, under the name “Deqing Jiushi Fan Factory.” In July 1996, the first phase – axial fans and electric motors – was officially launched.

• 1997–2001 – May 1997: centrifugal fan production started. October 1998: heavy‑duty fan project commenced. In 2000, we became a member of the Guangdong Environmental Protection Industry Association and obtained the “Great Wall” certification. In 2001, we passed ISO9001 and 3C certifications, and joined the Fan Branch of China General Machinery Industry Association.

• 2002 – Relocated to Xincheng Industrial Zone, Shishan, Nanhai, Foshan, and registered under the name “Foshan Nanhai Popula Ventilation Fan Co., Ltd.”, with the trademark “Popula” officially registered.

• 2004–2006 – Established an aerodynamic performance testing centre; obtained CE certification; won the title of “China Top Ten Quality Brand of Fans.”

• 2007–2009 – Awarded “Guangdong Customer Satisfied Product,” named “High Quality Supplier” by the Canton Fair, listed among “China Top 500 Quality Products,” and recognised as a “Most Promising Enterprise.”

• 2010–2012 – Designated as a Guangdong Private Technology Enterprise; awarded “China Well‑known Trademark”; recognised as “Guangdong High‑tech Enterprise”; granted “Senior Partner” and “Officially Designated Product” status by the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair).

• 2013–2015 – Honoured with “AAAA‑level Standardization Good Behaviour Enterprise”; axial and centrifugal fans earned the title of “Guangdong Famous Brand Products”; two new five‑storey workshops were completed, bringing the total production floor area to 80,000 m².
